Welcome to our website!  There is nothing worse than a church full of perfect people.  Or at least folks who think they're perfect.  Thankfully, we realize in truth that perfect people don't exist!

The ONE Church is a bunch of very real people with very real lives (including very real problems at times). We love to laugh and enjoy spending time together eating and enjoying one another's company, just like the early Christian church!  We sincerely believe that God answers prayer and that He is a healer and a help to all who call out to him in faith.  If you are sick or bound by some affliction, we will be happy to believe the Lord for your miracle!

The ONE Church is new to the Garland area. We are an Independent, Non-Denominational, Full-Gospel, Spirit-Filled, Affirming & Inclusive church.  We embrace all who enter our sanctuary.  We do not judge, condemn, or criticize.  Nor do we try to change those aspects of one's humanity which are innate and unchangeable.  We believe that our God understands and accepts ALL who come to Him sincerely.  God's love is unconditional, and so is the love of His church!  We, without apology, welcome and affirm ALL, including and particularly members of the GLBT communities.  The world is full of fear, ignorance, and prejudice.  But these things have no place in the church of Jesus Christ.

Some folks mistakenly think that a radically inclusive church has to be compromised, diluted, and powerless.  Nothing could be further from the truth!  The ONE Church is a Holy Ghost anointed. fire-baptized church that fully embraces the Word of God and daily contends for the faith which was first delivered to God's church through his holy apostles and prophets.  We refuse to compromise on the issues that matter, but the man-made dogmas which bind so many of God's people today, we lay aside gladly and embrace instead the liberty and freedom promised to those who will believe and obey the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ in truth!  Our pastor believes and preaches passionately, and God confirms His Word daily with signs following.

The primary precepts of our church are simply these:  There is ONE God, ONE Savior (The Lord Jesus Christ), ONE church, and ONE Biblical plan for salvation. Our God understands us and accepts as we are.  IT IS NOT NECESSARY FOR ONE TO CHANGE THEIR HUMANITY IN ORDER TO BE ACCEPTED BY GOD.  God's grace is sufficient for all, and His grace and love are applicable to ALL.  We are not motivated by numbers, but by a sincere desire to help people find the truth of God that is able to set them free!  We do not expect to always be small, but numerical growth is not our primary purpose. Our first priority is the spiritual development of our members!  You will never be a number to us. Building programs and fund raising campaigns will never be as important to us as our people.

The ONE Church is a "meat and potatoes" church.  Folks who are spiritually fed here eat very well and are not merely placated by milk.  We strive for substance and not just show and shine.  If you seek a place where you can be empowered to live a Christian life in the midst of an increasingly ungodly world, The ONE Church is for you!  No matter who you are, where you are coming from in life, or what you may have experienced in other churches - You will find a warm and sincere welcome here! Take a chance and drop in on our next service.  You will be so glad you did.
