OF
The ONE Church
1. Our primary function shall be to feed the people of God who embrace this fellowship, regardless of the number, with uncompromising and undiluted truth gleaned from the Word of God. The church ought never to become so engrossed in the task of numeric growth that it fails to properly feed and attend to the sheep that are already in the Master's fold. The feeding and care of God's flock is the utmost responsibility of God's church, not fund raising or building programs. SCRIPTURE
2. To fulfill the "Great Commission" by preaching, teaching, and proclaiming the Full-Gospel of Jesus Christ as declared by the apostles of Jesus Christ and the early Christian church. Lost souls shall always be our greatest burden, whereas attending to the flock of God will always be our primary function. SCRIPTURE
3. To minister to the spiritual, physical, social, and emotional needs of our members and friends through a variety of well organized and efficient ministries. SCRIPTURE
4. To demonstrate the love of God and the unity of His people by seeing that all basic life needs are met for our members and friends without prejudice or preference. No one who is a part of the Church of Jesus Christ should ever go hungry, lack clothing, or be without shelter so long as the people of God are able to attend to these needs. SCRIPTURE
5. To provide outreach to members of our community by reason of various ministries designed to bring comfort and inspiration to shut ins, the infirmed, those imprisoned, hospitalized, or living in a nursing or retirement facility.
6. To provide the resources needed to further assist each believer in their walk with God, including study materials, audio and video resources, books, bible studies, etc. SCRIPTURE
7. To stand with the oppressed and disadvantaged in seeking equity and justice for all members of the human family, without prejudice or preference. SCRIPTURE
8. To provide a safe and affirming house of prayer for ALL who seek the comfort of God's sanctuary without regard for one's social strata, economic status, gender, age, race, skin color, nationality, religious background, sexual orientation, etc. SCRIPTURE
9. To provide training and proper preparations for those called by God to serve in ministerial capacities. SCRIPTURE
10. To provide free or low cost services to those members and friends of this fellowship who need the special services of the church and/or pastor relative to dedicating their children, marrying, or burying their dead. SCRIPTURE
11. To bring the people of God into a place of unconditional love and unity among the brethren. To educate and enlighten God's people on important matters relative to the human condition as they are genuinely presented in Scripture, which, if left misunderstood, would otherwise cause division, criticism, judgment, or condemnation - all of which are contrary to the nature and spirit of the church of Jesus Christ. SCRIPTURE
12. To carefully, prayerfully, scholarly, and uncompromisingly represent and teach the precepts of God's Word, The Holy Bible. To speak where Scripture speaks and to remain silent where the Scriptures remain silent, avoiding the temptation to add to or take away from the Word of God. SCRIPTURE
